Shawn Lee, a retired Master Sergeant with 28 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Marine Corps, brings unparalleled leadership and precision to our hat embroidery business. With extensive experience in leadership and information technology, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Shawn earned multiple commendations for his commitment to excellence. His roles throughout his career and leading Marines in high-pressure environments honed his focus on quality and detail, qualities now reflected in every custom-embroidered hat we craft. A proud Texan, Shawn balances his passion for craftsmanship with a deep commitment to family and remains actively engaged in his community.
